Job Title: Ramp Service AgentJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment.Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ground Support Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other specialized equipment.
• Airport Operations: Assist with airport operations, including marshalling, towing, and parking aircraft.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-6 months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
