The Systematics ASP team supports and maintains our multi-tenant Systematics Hosted environment. The Test Operations group within the Systematics ASP consists of several Operators and Operations Analysts, who support the test environments for our customers, providing environment management, provisioning services, and client testing coordination.What you will be doingIn this role, you will be working alongside senior team members to manage onboarding new clients to the environment. You will work with implementation managers and operational staff to meet environment requirements in tight timelines. You'll have the opportunity to apply technical problem-solving skills and drive innovation and improvement into the onboarding and client environment servicing processes.

• Investigate known error conditions and follow prescribed error correction procedures. Maintain the production scheduling system and implement new/improved work procedures.
• Follow escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and other standards for the job.
• Coordinate testing of applications, systems, processes and procedures, hardware and/or software changes.
• Analyze and implement changes or additions to software systems and production procedures.
• Maintain the production support disaster recovery/business continuity plans. Coordinates and conducts disaster recovery testing as required, documents test results and documents modifications required for future testing.
• Perform other related duties as needed.What you bring:
  • Experience with the tools in use in the Systematics ASP environment: ZEKE, SAR, Panvalet, Endevor, Control-M.
  • The ability to proactively take steps to better client relationships
  • Knowledge of client objectives and business priorities, along with an understanding of FIS' role in achieving those objectives and priorities.
  • Ability to analyze client stated requirements, to anticipate client future needs, to discern business opportunities in client needs and work effectively with multiple client contacts.
  • Skill in solving client business problems.
  • Ability to respond to client questions or needs even if outside area of responsibility
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and publicAdded bonus if you have:
    • The ability to identify new tools, technology or processes that improve the overall processing environment or processing efficiency is a plus.
    • Extensive troubleshooting background: the ability to recognize abnormal processing conditions and determine the appropriate actions required to resolve issue(s) and complete processing.

The pay range for this full-time position is $58,910.00 - $96,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
