A company is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the
implementation of workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple enterprise projects and ensure smooth
implementation of the platform
Configure products according to solution blueprints and assist
customers with testing and training
Advocate for customer needs and promote the evolution of the
implementation methodology
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software implementation or Customer
Success
Highly motivated team player focused on customer satisfaction
Exceptional situational presence and relationship-building
abilities
Experience in workforce management solutions, preferably in a
retail environment
Experience mentoring and training software implementation
consultants is preferred
