Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Symitar Hosted
(EASE).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support hosted Symitar client core processing and
scheduled jobs
Diagnose and troubleshoot automated job failures, collaborating
with internal resources for resolution
Maintain operational records and follow established guidelines to
ensure data security and job processing integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with the Symitar Core System and/or OpCon
Minimum 18 months of experience in IT, Application Support, or
Technical Analysis
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as
needed
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with FTP processes and applications
