A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Analyst
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Workday HCM architecture and integrity
Lead optimization projects and implement process improvements
Generate complex reports and analytics to support business
objectives
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience as a System
Administrator
2+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+
employees)
Advanced knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365
Strong business acumen linking strategy with HR solutions
Highly autonomous and self-motivated with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
