Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transfer Analyst I responsible for
overseeing mortgage servicing loan transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate pre and post transfer activities between various
stakeholders
Monitor transfer tasks to ensure timelines are met and assist with
reconciliations
Maintain relationships with internal and external partners and
prepare executive summaries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
2 to 4 years of mortgage servicing experience
2 years of experience in mortgage transfers
No specific certificates or licenses required
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
