TITLE: Project Administrator (exempt/non-union/full
time/in-person)Reports to: Project Manager / Vice PresidentPosition
Summary: The Project Administrator supports and assists the Project
Management Teams through direct involvement in all administrative
aspects of a commercial construction project from start to
completion. The ideal team member is motivated, organized,
deadline-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.Are

rapidly growing company? If so - come join us!ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Assist in generating, tracking, and completing all
administrative requirements necessary to support Project
Management.
- Assist with bid process - produce plans, call subcontractors,
collect bids, organize bid binders.
- Assist Project Management teams to facilitate permitting and
city government coordination for all aspects of projects.
- Support Project Management teams by coordinating and
distributing submittals and shop drawings through project
completion.
- Organize final closeout documents of project; complete and
distribute to all relevant parties.
- Accurately record time spent on various tasks by job number and
tracking number for payroll and job costing.
- Assist Safety Team and HR Director in distributing the overall
site safety program documentation as required at each jobsite to
ensure compliance.
- Maintain and uphold safety and quality control to CVG's highest
standards.
- Occasionally visit jobsites.
- Maintain working knowledge of all systems used or request
training.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction industry experience and bachelor's degree
preferred.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook required, Procore
recommended.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy,
excellent follow-through skills.
- Ability to build and foster positive team relationships.
- Maintains a professional environment, demonstrates ethical
behavior, and uses good judgement.
- Be adaptable, flexible, and resilient while managing multiple
tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License, valid auto insurance, and reliable

- Pickleball CourtPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:This job
primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally be
offsite for errands.
- Prolonged Sitting: Most administrative tasks involve sitting at
a desk, working on a computer.
- Repetitive Hand Movements: Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse,
and paper handling.
- Visual Strain: Extended screen time for document review,
budgeting, and communication.
- Lifting: Frequently lifting office supplies, documents, or
small equipment (typically under 20 lbs.).
- Verbal Communication: Frequent phone calls, meetings, and
on-site discussions.
- Walking & Standing: Construction site visits may require
prolonged standing and walking over uneven terrain.
- Climbing & Bending: Possible need to climb stairs or access
different work areas.
- Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Required if on a
jobsite (Hard hat, reflective vests, protective eyeglasses, closed
toed shoes, etc.).This position has an annual salary range of
$69,000 - $95,000. The actual salary offer will be carefully
considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills,
qualifications, and experience. The range is subject to change and
may be modified in the future.We are unable to provide Visa
