Experience Strategy UX Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Experience Strategy / UX Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement UX research, testing, and design strategies
Conduct workshops and facilitate consensus among client teams
Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows based on research findings

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency
Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems
Experience in wellness, medical, or healthcare organizations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
