Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer for a social impact
design agency.
Key Responsibilities
Produce exceptional UX designs that align with strategic goals
Lead and mentor the UX design team, fostering skill development
Facilitate UX design workshops and present design solutions to
clients
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of UX design experience in an agency setting
A minimum of 2 years managing and overseeing other UX designers
Exceptional skills in creating high-polish wireframes and
prototypes
Fluency with Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Proficiency in UX research and usability testing methodologies
