Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Scientist to contribute to the
transformation of the ML space through data-driven insights and
research.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Growth and Product teams to analyze user behavior and
optimize efforts
Develop data science models to inform business strategy and enhance
customer experiences
Lead and mentor the Data Science team while collaborating with
engineering and product development teams
Required Qualifications
Experience in predictive modeling and inferential statistics
Familiarity with causal inference methods and related model
building
Strong skills in SQL, Pandas, and data visualization
Basic understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures
BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; a
graduate degree in Data Science is preferred
