Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to
provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and Salesforce,
ensuring timely communication and problem resolution
Assist with order management, pricing, billing, and shipping issues
while collaborating with internal departments
Utilize the ERP system for order entry, quality complaint
processing, and customer issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service
role
Prior work experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Salesforce; experience
with Oracle order entry preferred
Ability to maintain proficiency in customer service systems and
processes
