Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patient Access Center Advocate
to create exceptional patient experiences and assist with patient
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and verify patient coverage and
eligibility
Answer telephone calls and document outreach attempts in the
Electronic Health Record
Provide assistance with MyChart portal questions and obtain
necessary medical records
Required Qualifications and Education
High school degree or equivalent related experience required
One year plus of customer service experience, particularly in
healthcare
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications
(EHR/EMR)
Typing skills required
Medical terminology knowledge preferred
