Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead the implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the ServiceNow implementation project plan and execution
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization
Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience with JavaScript, SQL, git, and web services
Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules
