Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Business Compliance Risk
Officer with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance risk oversight and impact assessments for
assigned business units
Analyze and communicate the effects of regulatory and investor
changes on processes
Maintain relationships with various departments to ensure
compliance and effective risk management
Required Qualifications
Eight+ years of experience in the consumer mortgage industry
focusing on regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or equivalent education or
industry compliance certifications
Strong understanding of consumer federal regulations, investor
guidelines, and state laws
Ability to analyze regulatory changes and their impacts on mortgage
processes
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
