Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inclusivity Lead for the
Transforming Humanitarian Energy Access (THEA) Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver briefing notes and roundtables on inclusive policies and
partnerships
Establish and maintain a webpage showcasing refugee-led energy
enterprises
Co-lead the THEA Evidence to Action group and support high-level
advocacy efforts
Required Qualifications
Lived experience of forced displacement
At least 5 years of experience in inclusive humanitarian energy
advocacy
Experience in high-level advocacy with UN and donor
stakeholders
Proven network of refugee-led organizations and energy access
businesses
Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Swahili is
advantageous
