Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Care Advisor, Expert Guidance
to assist clients in navigating care management and community
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and families to identify barriers to aging
in place
Document communication and intervention activities accurately
Manage caseloads effectively and mentor new team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong background in geriatric case management or coordination
Experience in social services, care coordination, or healthcare
navigation preferred
1 year of relevant experience in customer service or similar role
preferred
High volume call center experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work preferred
