Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Affordability to join
their Clinical Review team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation of cross-functional projects,
ensuring timely completion
Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist
in developing metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective implementation
and communication strategies
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management
2+ years of experience in delivering projects independently and
within a team
Experience using data and metrics to improve programs
Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or
Healthcare Consulting)
Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)
preferred
