Job Description:
A company is looking for a PMO Operations Coordinator (Remote)
to support the Vice President of Project Management Office in
operationalizing PMO policies and providing administrative
support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the VP of PMO
Facilitate and maintain the PMO document and artifact library
Compile reporting metrics and create presentations for
stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in
relevant fields
3-5 years of executive support or project management coordination
experience
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word,
PowerPoint)
Experience with project management software such as SmartSheet or
MS Project
