Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Process Specialist to enhance
process efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and write process documentation, workflows, and knowledge
articles
Regularly review and update processes to ensure effectiveness and
compliance
Propose new process designs or improvements to enhance efficiency
and reduce waste
Required Qualifications
Last year student or graduate in Communications, Business
Administration, Management, or a similar field
Experience in implementing processes is a plus, but not
required
Expertise in using AI tools for research and idea generation
Fluency in both English and Lithuanian
Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members
