Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appeals Lead for disaster recovery
housing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the appeals process for temporary housing
applications
Supervise and train appeals reviewers while managing production
goals
Communicate decisions to applicants and coordinate with other
departments for complex cases
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, emergency
management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in
disaster management or housing programs
Experience with federally funded programs is a plus
