Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Administrator to manage
employee benefit claims within its PEO offering.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer employee benefit claims, ensuring timely
submission and resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for claims-related inquiries
from clients and employees
Collaborate with insurance carriers and legal teams to manage claim
investigations and appeals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in claims administration, preferably within
a PEO or global HR services organization
Strong understanding of workers' compensation, unemployment
insurance, and health benefits claims
Familiarity with local, state, and international labor laws and
compliance requirements
