Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Ontologist to define, design, and implement metadata and data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, design, and deliver ontologies, terminologies, and data models
Implement and support metadata and data management solutions
Collaborate with various scientific and technical teams to harmonize data

Required Qualifications:

PhD degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent
Understanding of data standards, semantics, and ontologies
Familiarity with ontology management solutions
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with scripting languages and statistical software packages
