A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Loan Officer in
Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads generated from the website and convert them into
borrowers
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents
Evaluate and manage loan applications, ensuring compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications:
Active NMLS license in the state of Arizona
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage
Broker
Strong understanding of loan origination and underwriting
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
