Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to
oversee daily accounts receivable processes and credit
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage collections from delinquent accounts and maintain
relationships with retailers
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve
performance
Run quantitative reports and develop SOPs to support departmental
activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional
experience
Experience coaching and mentoring employees
Experience in B2B sectors preferred
Proficient understanding of accounts receivable and collections
procedures
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially
Excel
