A company is looking for a Customer Relation Specialist -
Scholarly Publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for a portfolio of
institutions, ensuring a positive experience
Manage the onboarding, retention, and satisfaction of institutional
partners
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support
the development of tracking and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
Experience in scholarly publishing, Open Access, or a related
field
Minimum of 1 year in account management or customer
support/service
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Interest in Open Access and scholarly communications
