Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Lead Executive
Response Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze Voice of the Customer Survey feedback to resolve
outstanding issues
Establish and maintain relationships with business lines while
analyzing customer feedback for common themes
Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to
resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of experience in customer service management
Experience in 24 Hour Banking, Online Operations, Branch, or
Digital services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Schedule flexibility
