Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Conversational AI
Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design conversational product experiences for chatbots, IVAs, IVRs,
SMS, and voice assistants
Conduct user research and translate user needs into compelling
experiences
Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across
multiple devices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5 years of experience designing solutions for software, web
applications, or mobile apps
3 years of experience using design and prototyping tools like
VoiceFlow or Figma
Demonstrated experience with speech design or natural-language
interface design
Ability to train and mentor team members
