Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trademark Docketing Specialist to
support their Intellectual Property team on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the IP docketing system
through data entry, audit, and review
Review and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring
proper documentation and forwarding
Compile and circulate docket, statistical, and audit reports while
tracking important deadlines
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
5 plus years of Trademark docketing experience
Understanding of U.S. and international trademark, copyright, and
domain name procedures
Ability to assist with global updates and other procedures in the
docketing database
Experience in collaborating with team members to improve processes
and procedures
