Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote HLC Loan Officer to assist
clients with the origination of residential mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client loan originations and
relationships
Originate and process 1-4 family residential mortgage
transactions
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and quality
throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent
experience (preferred)
1-3 years of mortgage sales experience (required)
1-3 years of mortgage processing experience (preferred)
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA regulations, and local real
estate laws (preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts
