Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Supervisor for Medicaid
in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Financial Eligibility team,
providing leadership and mentoring
Manage member financial eligibility processes, ensuring timely and
accurate completion of Medicaid applications and renewals
Collaborate with external stakeholders to resolve eligibility
issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
2+ years of management experience in Managed Care or Income
Maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and
VLOOKUP
Residency in Wisconsin or reasonable commuting distance
Prior eligibility experience is preferred
