Key Responsibilities

opportunities within the portfolio
Advise on compliance and regulatory requirements related to the
cryptocurrency industry
Engage with stakeholders on complex legal and regulatory topics
Required Qualifications
Experience in-house or at a law firm advising financial, crypto, or
tech companies
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the
cryptocurrency industry
Experience in corporate, securities, or intellectual property
law
Interest in global financial markets and their regulation
Ability to communicate complex legal topics effectively
