Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President and General Manager,
Retail Technology Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and meet
business objectives
Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met and
profitability is optimized
Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of
innovation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a
related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail software industry,
with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of managing a P&L of at least $300M and
driving significant business growth
In-depth understanding of the retail technology market and emerging
trends
