Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Engineer I to support
client issues and enhance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems and code
Communicate with clients and document interactions and changes
Assign cases within the Technical Engineering Team
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (JavaScript,
Java, C#) or full-stack web development
1+ year as a Developer in ServiceNow or 2+ years as a ServiceNow
Admin
Fundamental understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts
Experience with ServiceNow APIs and business application
development
Knowledge of CMDB architecture and related components
