A company is looking for a Head of Staffing and Capacity Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a staffing strategy aligned with business growth targets
Utilize data analytics to inform staffing and resource allocation decisions
Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration

Required Qualifications

4+ years in management consulting or 6+ years in leadership operations roles
Strong data analytics skills (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL)
Experience in people management is preferred
A bias for action and strong execution capability
A genuine passion for building and innovating processes
