Together, we're one team focused on creating new ideas and products, while always striving for excellence. Due to growth we are looking for a CDLA driver in the Searcy, AR location.

Compensation

• The annual salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, which includes:
  • Starting pay rate of $0.53 per mile, Increase after 90 days to $0.64 per mile
    
  • $2,000 sign on bonus; Paid out $500 a month for 4 months
  • $20.00 per stop & pick up
  • $20.00 unloading
  • Average 2,200 miles/week
  • Weekly paychecks Benefits - Eligible after 90 days

      Work Schedule
      • 5-day work week; home 2 days per week
        
      • Start times vary, typically between 3am- 5am
      • Regions are OH, IL, WI, MN, NE, and TX
      • Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service
      • Must be flexible with work schedule Responsibilities
        • Backing in and out of docks
        • Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
        • Provide excellent customer service
        • Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
        • Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers Requirements
          • Minimum of 2 years of OTR and/or Regional CDL A tractor-trailer experience preferred
          • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
          • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
          • Reefer experience preferred but not required
          • Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required
          • Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
          • Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
          • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
          • Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
          • Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
