• Employment Type: TravelWe are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a Night Shift schedule (3x12 hours per week). This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in a Level 4 NICU, providing specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced medical interventions.
  
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level 4 NICU setting.
  Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  Provide advanced respiratory support, including high-frequency ventilation, ECMO, and nitric oxide therapy.
  Monitor and manage neonatal conditions such as sepsis, congenital anomalies, surgical recovery, and extreme prematurity.
  Educate parents and families on neonatal conditions, treatment plans, and discharge preparation.
  Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
  
  Requirements:
  Experience: Extensive experience in a Level 4 NICU REQUIRED (Level 1 or 2 NICU experience will not be considered).
  Travel: At least one prior travel assignment required.
  Licensure: Active Arkansas (AR) RN license or Compact License required.
  Certifications: BLS, NRP, and any additional NICU-specific certifications as required by the facility.
  Technology: EPIC experience REQUIRED.
