Job Description:
A company is looking for a Molecular Geneticist responsible for
developing and utilizing genetics and molecular biology techniques
in oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate genomic profiles of tumor specimens using NGS-based
techniques
Oversee and develop assays for RNA and DNA, including sequencing
and fragment analysis
Interpret results of molecular tests and advise clinicians on
investigation strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
PhD in Genetics or a related field
ABMG certification or Active Candidate Status in Clinical Molecular
Genetics
Broad understanding of molecular genetics and developments in
genomics related to oncology
Successful completion of pre-employment process including
background checks and drug screening
