Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Operations Specialist
to support the day-to-day operations of clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of Prescribers and collaborative
physicians
Conduct clinical audits and manage lab processes
Analyze performance metrics and develop improvement strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN)
3+ years of mental health care experience in various settings
Experience managing staff, preferably 1099 contractors
Proficiency in data analysis and developing data-driven
recommendations
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
is a plus
