Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Clinical Informatics
responsible for overseeing clinical operations systems and managing
electronic health records (EHRs).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of
clinical information systems
Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of EHR
systems
Lead a team of Clinical Informatics Technology professionals and
manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical informatics or IT
management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in managing clinical operations and EHR
systems
Experience in data analytics, data science, and data engineering
within a clinical setting
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C, Python, and
SQL
