Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and
improve quality standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Quality Specialists and oversee quality monitoring
programs
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of QA performance and
track key business KPIs
Collaborate with leadership to establish quality standards and run
root-cause analysis for process improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a quality role within a contact center
environment
1+ year of direct management experience preferred
Experience with QA software, preferably MaestroQA
Experience in conducting business process reviews and implementing
enhancements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
