Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Experience
to lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer feedback programs and analyze insights for
continuous improvement
Oversee the Customer Experience team, including hiring, training,
and team development
Design customer journey maps and implement innovative strategies to
enhance member experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Experience, or related
field
5+ years of experience in customer experience design, including
surveys and journey mapping
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within customer
experience
Experience with project management tools like Qualtrics,
Salesforce, or Jira
Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional
teams
