Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Training & Enablement to
oversee a team and develop comprehensive training content.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of subject matter experts to create training and
enablement content
Develop and maintain a customer-facing Learning Management System
(LMS) with tailored learning paths
Implement and track KPIs to measure training program effectiveness
and optimize content based on feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or similar roles,
with at least 1 year in a leadership position
Experience managing training initiatives in a software or
technology environment
Familiarity with LMS platforms and creating personalized learning
paths
Experience with customer success or onboarding functions is a
plus
Knowledge of the Community Association Management, PropTech, or
FinTech industries preferred
