Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director, Clinical
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy of clinical programs and operations
Oversee a team of clinicians, ensuring quality and productivity
metrics are met
Be the point of accountability for escalated clinical issues and
participate in quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
MD or DO with a current unrestricted license to practice
medicine
15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in clinical practice
and 5+ years in clinical operations/strategy
Board certified in a relevant specialty (internal medicine, family
medicine, emergency medicine)
7+ years of experience leading people and teams
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure
