The hiring range for this role is: 107,666.00 - 150,995.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.The position is the main point of contact and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the FEP benefit programs vendor contracts to drive quality and improve health outcomes. Participates in the development and manages the implementation of tactical programs/products to increase the value of BCBSA-based initiatives and advance the core objectives of FEP. Responsible for data gathering and reporting surrounding the FEP Benefit Programs.Primary contact for FEP vendor contracts on the day-to-day activities to drive quality and improve health outcomes for the FEP Benefit Programs at the Director Office level. Manage operational processes, issue resolution, audit processes, program enhancements, engagement initiatives, material review, market research and program service impact. Maintain contract compliance and conducts procurement related activities.

Manage and maintain reporting, analytics processes, for contract compliance and department success measures. Create executive summaries, data format/analysis and presentation construction.
