Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Civil Engineer - Solar to
support utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering design projects, ensuring
effective communication and coordination
Develop comprehensive plans, specifications, and observation
reports in accordance with solar engineering practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering technicians and
design engineers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program or
equivalent
Civil Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
Minimum of 8-10+ years of civil engineering experience, with at
least 5+ years in utility-scale solar design
Proficient in large scale solar grading design and earthwork
calculations
Experience with stormwater management and permitting is highly
desired
