Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide
support and optimization for internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve tickets of varying complexity and contribute to ticketing
system improvements
Administer systems such as Identity & Access Management and
endpoint management
Set up and support audio/visual equipment for meetings and
troubleshoot related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or relevant
equivalent experience
Experience in support operations, customer service, and desktop
technology
Proficiency in setting up and configuring A/V equipment
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Experience with business analysis, requirement gathering, and
technical documentation
