Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Identity and
Access Management Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of identity engineers, fostering a culture
of innovation and continuous learning
Manage resource planning and allocation for identity services,
aligning with project roadmaps and business priorities
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of IAM capabilities
while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field
8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Scrum Master (CSM) certification
5+ years of proven cybersecurity leadership experience
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management capabilities
and technologies
