Job Description:
VP of ENGINEERING - FULL TIME - PERMANENT
We represent a 60-year old industry leader in power distribution
manufacturing who is recognized worldwide for their attention to
detail and product customization. As a result of steady growth,
they have a VP of Engineering position to be located in Pine Bluff,
Arkansas . This position will play an integral role in the
continued growth and profitability of the organization, reports
directly to the CEO, will have high visibility and provide a
substantial career growth opportunities.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for directing and leading product innovation /
design to insure products meet the company's quality & function
requirements while meeting customer expectations. In addition, the
VP of Engineering will responsible for improving product quality,
manufacturing efficiency and short & long range product development
plans.
