POSITION SUMMARY
Customer Finance falls within the Finance Department of
PerfectVision. Within this role you will have a specialized area
that most of your time will be spent on. Each person will be cross
trained in all areas of Customer Finance to ensure the support of
our customers in any area needed. This position may be responsible
for one or more of the following areas: Credit Risk Management,
Collections, Order Release, Program Support, and Various
Projects.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Proactively contact customers via phone and email to follow up on
past due invoices and outstanding payments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through
professional and courteous communication.
Prepare and send account statements, collection notices, and
payment reminders.
Monitor customer accounts for past due invoices and follow up on
outstanding payments.
Collaborate closely with customers to resolve billing disputes and
payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, credit
approvals, and collection efforts.
Collaborate with our Sales Team to ensure smooth account
management.
Responsible for reporting and analysis related to credit and
collections activities.
Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines in all credit and
collection processes.
Ability to resolve customer escalations in a timely and efficient
manner.
Provide strong customer service experience with many types of
customer groups.
Strong organizational skills
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience
Two to four years' related experience in a related role
preferred.
OR three to five years related experience in a customer service
role preferred.
OR General knowledge of business practices and terms.
Computer Skills
Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Basic to intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a
spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar, and
calculating numbers.
Basis understanding of Outlook including how to send, forward and
reply to incoming e-mail and manage calendar functions.
General knowledge various standard office equipment including but
not limited to multi-line phone and scanner/copier.
Other Requirements
Primary language used to perform this job is English.
Proficiency in any foreign language is a plus.
