Key Responsibilities
Explain insurance policies and benefits to patients
Analyze financial situations and determine eligibility for
assistance programs
Create estimates, collect deposits, and set up payment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or healthcare
environment
PC knowledge
